Pauline Conley

Pauline has worked in Canada and internationally supporting organisations of all sizes in developing and writing funding proposals, strategic plans, logic models, activity-based budgets, monitoring and evaluation plans, etc. Pauline has also developed and written training materials and policy and procedure manuals for various organisations. Pauline holds a B.A. in English Literature from Thompson Rivers University, and is trained in financial accounting. She draws on this education, together with extensive experience in non-profit management, project management, fundraising, and training – to deliver solid results in her work as an administrative consultant and proposal writer. Recent work in Canada has included planning and fundraising consultancies for organisations including the Canadian Museum and Art Gallery Directors’ Organisation, the Canadian Museums Association, the University of Lethbridge Art Gallery and the Agnes Etherington Art Gallery of Queens University. Pauline was also the Managing Editor of Arc Poetry Magazine from 2009 to 2012. (3/3)
